Dhamma Teachings
of the late Buddhist Master John D. Hughes.

Before You Get
Started
Teachings listed vary in their
complexity and their approach and are on a broad range of
subjects. Some are given from a Mahayana text or view and some from
the Theravadin text or view. The Buddhist content is vast and across
many aspects of Buddhism, therefor some teachings will be suitable for
certain individuals while other teachings will better for others.
We have made these teachings freely available to you and hope
you will receive great benefit from them. John Hughes's wish was
that the Dhamma be taught, and we continue his goals by making the Dhamma
available for you. Please consider this a great opportunity and we
pray you may be blessed by his guidance.
Please
Note The Teachings below are not listed in any specific
order. Some teachings refer to Pali or Sanskrit
words. In the future we will provide a glossary of terms
but until then we recommend you refer to a Buddhist Dictionary
when necessary. Teachings will sometimes make reference to other
teachings or previously explained concepts.
